What:	In this class you will learn how to purchase real estate as a first time home buyer, as one new to refinancing or refresh your knowledge. Learn how to approach the market with a solid understanding about what it means to be confident about your investment. Learn and absorb real estate terminologies, simple calculations, budgeting and long term planning. Find out what credit scores will do for you or against you, and how to improve them. We will cover how to build a nest egg; season your cash gift from relatives, as if it was yours to begin with; go all the way through a loan application; understand assets to debts ratio; loan to value ratio and how to talk to investors like a pro. Gilles Palmarini was born in Nice, France. He grew up in Paris and graduated from L'ECE with degrees in math and electronics. He emigrated to the US in 1979 and went into real estate as an appraiser in the mid 1990's. With a unique approach of combining a solid understanding of property values and finances and a very strong desire to open doors, he has helped his clients finance their homes, assisted them with budgeting, and helped them get their finances back on track.
