Yoga For Children

What:	Yoga for Children is a gentle noncompetitive form of exercise that all children can enjoy. Yoga promotes strength, flexibility, good coordination and posture. Yoga teaches children how to relax, concentrate and how to be quiet and still. The 9:00 AM class is for ages 5-8. The 10:15 AM class is for kids 9-12. Uma Bacso, M.A.,L.M.T. has been a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher for 14 years. Uma is a certified Radiant Child Yoga Instructor, levels 1 & 2. She has a Masters degree in Body Psychology, is a Holistic Counselor, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and is a Licensed Minister.
