T'ai Chi For Geezers And Geezerinas - Beginners
Contributed by: Dennis DuBe on 3/27/2008

What:
This is the Yang Style T'ai Chi Form, also known as the Long Form - 108 moves. No experience necessary, we will begin at the beginning and take our time learning all the moves from start to finish. Plan to stay with this for a while. It might take 5-6 months to learn the whole form properly. As you learn the form, you will discover better balance, more fluid movement and increased flexibility in your joints. Once you learn the form, you can use it to start your day off right.
Steve Elliott has been studying T'ai Chi for over 20 years. He's still studying because there is so much more to learn.
