Open Levels Yoga

What:	Moving from the inside-out, enjoy safe alignment and meditative, foundational, flowing, and restorative postures. The relationships of stillness with movement are investigated. Ancient practices are refreshed by current moment knowledge. Honing awareness, we cultivate breath, strength, flexibility, ease and deep rest, coming to a greater understanding of our own being. This class is for the student with some previous experience or the enthusiastic beginner. Katharine Kaufman, MFA, teaches Yoga, Meditation and the movement arts at Studio Be, Naropa, and Shambhala Centers. She's lay ordained in the Soto Zen lineage, studied in India, student of Richard Freeman's and a long-time teacher at the Yoga Workshop. She has taught numerous people from heart disease patients and the terminally ill to advanced Ashtanga practioners.
