Hatha Yoga (Beginners Welcome)

What:
Energize, Strengthen and Relax. Yoga practice not only increases flexibility, fitness and strength, it softens long-held tensions and helps cultivate a habit of spiritual and physical awareness. Our class is non-competitive (it is a highly personal practice), so having great strength and flexibility is not necessary. Come as YOU are! We will start from there. Wear bendable clothing and bring your sense of humor. Mats, straps and blankets are provided.This is an ongoing class - you can join any time. Purchase 8 tickets for $80 and come anytime you like. Class meets on Tuesdays, 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM.
Maura Youle first began practicing Yoga while living in Egypt and began her teaching career there. Later she taught in Calgary, Canada. Besides being a certified Yoga Instructor, she is also a Reiki Master, offering Reiki's gentle energetic healing properties.
