Shawna Suzyn, M.A., is a yoga practitioner, Dancer, and holistic counselor. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for 10 years. Her teaching style reflects her extensive study of Ashtanga, Anusara and Hatha Yoga. Shawna teaches these classes throughout Boulder and Longmont, privately, in recreation centers, health clubs and corporate settings.
