What:	Hatha (physical) Yoga was developed 6000 years ago as a way to release physical and mental-emotional stresses from our bodies in order to cultivate self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-actualization. Release chronic tension, energize your body and mind, strengthen and lengthen muscles, develop focus, connect to your center, relax and rejuvenate. Class ends with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Holly has been teaching yoga for 12 years and dance for 20. She is certified in Kali Ray TriYoga. Holly was Principal Instructor at The Yoga Studio in NY for 6 years and has taught nationally and internationally -- from yoga retreats to women's spirituality festivals to classes for U.S. Marines. She is also a dance instructor, LifeLine Technique Practitioner and Reiki Master.
