The journey of spiritual growth invites us to deepen our relationship with our true self, the spirit at the core of our being. In order to get to that deeper core, it is valuable to develop a more attentive and compassionate relationship with all layers of our self including our body, mind, emotions, and heart. In this class you will learn tools (meditation, visualization, breathing techniques, affirmations, and journaling) to navigate your inner world. By gaining a deeper understanding of yourself using spiritual growth tools, a life of greater fulfillment, inner-peace and joy becomes possible. Class meets at Shawna's home in Old Town Longmont.
Shawna Suzyn M.A., C.Y.T., is a yoga practitioner, dancer, psychotherapist, and meditator devoted to living a balanced, joyful, creative and wellness inspired life. She has been and continues to be a dedeciated student of many forms of mind/body healing for over 13 years, and has a private counseling practice in Boulder and in Longmont where she focuses on holistic wellness, stress management, addiction recovery, depression/anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem, childhood trauma, family/relationship issues, and personal/spiritual growth. She has a Masters in Psychology, is a Reiki Master, and a certified yoga instructor.
