Hatha Yoga helps your mind, as it calms restless thoughts, cultivates concentration, supports mental clarity and confidence, and promotes self-awareness. It also helps your body, as it stretches and tones muscles, releases chronic tension, improves circulation and energizes and refreshes your body. This is an ongoing class - you can join any time. Purchase 8 classes for $80 and come anytime you like. Classes meet on Thursdays 6:40 PM to 7:40 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Uma Bacso, M.A.,L.M.T. has been a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher for 14 years. Uma has a Masters degree in Body Psychology, is a Holistic Counselor, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Licensed Minister.
