What:	Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Each application is offered as a separate 8-hour course. In Word, learn to edit, format, create styles, insert graphics, draw basic shapes, wrap text around graphics, import graphics and documents from other Microsoft applications and much more. Excel will allow you to create spreadsheets, databases, and reports, build in mathematical formulas, and link Excel spreadsheets to your Word documents to make sophisticated reports. Powerpoint allows you to create slides independently or import from Word documents and Excel spreadsheets. Outlook is an organizer and allows you to manage your e-mail and calendar, and organize and maintain your business or personal contacts. Basic knowledge of Windows and PC's is a prerequisite. Price includes textbook and exercise CD for each application. Iffat Rahim has 20+ years of experience with software programs such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and specialized software for analysis. She is proficient with Fortran, Basic and HTML, and has received formal training in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, FrontPage, and other software packages.
