Feldenkrais Method®: A Flexible Spine
When the whole spine is involved, movement becomes easier, smoother and more comfortable. In this 5-week class, we will work in chairs with lessons that develop and coordinate the cardinal movements of the spine - flexing, extending, side bending and turning.These cardinal movements will be creatively combined to form unusual actions that will challenge your awareness while increasing flexibility, range of motion and your overall comfort.
