Description:
Front Range Rising, the Longmont Museum's permanent history exhibit, takes visitors on a journey through 14,000 years of northern Colorado history. Meet the many different peoples who have called this land their home -- prehistoric peoples, Cheyenne and Arapahoe Indians, fur traders, prospectors, farmers, ranchers, beet workers, and many more.
Historic photographs and artifacts, re-created buildings, and hands-on artifacts like a sugar beet puzzle and a water game make
Front Range Rising a fun exhibit for the whole family. For more information, visit the Longmont Museum's
website.
