Tree Climbing Colorado and the City of Longmont Recreation Services offers introductory recreational tree climbing lessons using fun, easy-to-learn, arborist rope techniques, stressing both safety for climbers and protection of trees. Certified facilitator provides all instruction and equipment. Class size is limited. Participants should have no significant health concerns and be in satisfactory condition. All minors must have parent/ guardian present. Pre-registration is required for participation.

Important info: Wear long pants and sturdy shoes (no sandals or flip-flops). Bring ties for long hair and eyeglasses if appropriate, sunscreen, and water.
