The City of Longmont Recreation Services and Centennial Canoe Outfitters have partnered together to offer the Solo Travelers Canoe trip on the Colorado River, near Grand Junction, CO. This trip is a summer delight and a journey through a geologic wonderland. This is a gentle 30-mile paddle through the spectacular red sandstone canyons of Ruby & Horsethief Canyons. Time permitting, hike into vast side canyons. Meet new friends on a weekend of fun, relaxation and camaraderie. Enjoy spectacular scenery, hikes, campfires and plenty of water fights and laughs on the Colorado River! Registration deadline is Friday, August 15.

Centennial Canoe Outfitters, Inc. provides all boats & accessories, delicious meals and skilled guides. You only need to bring a tent & sleeping bag (rentals available) and personal clothing.
