Nature Recovery Retreat for Women Cancer Survivors

What:	This retreat is a powerful, energizing way for women survivors of cancer to build courage, confidence, and self-acceptance needed to take the next steps forward in their lives. Using the natural world to help guide and support the challenging process of recovery, this retreat creates strong social support for women in all stages of healing, deepening connection with one's self and affording opportunities to process internally or share experiences in the company of others on a similar journey. This course also incorporates an opportunity to practice yoga with yoga therapist and cancer survivor Laura Kupperman. This course is designed to accommodate a wide range of physical abilities and outdoor experience and need-based financial aid is available. Offered by The Women's Wilderness Institute. Enroll online at womenswilderness.org or call 303.938.9191. The participants will meet at the TWWI offices at 5723 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder, Co. They will then travel to the course location. The cost for this course is $490, which includes all food and camping equipment.
Where:	Blue Moon Ranch, NW Colorado
When:	8 a.m. day one - 5 p.m. day four
Event Dates:	This event takes place every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9/4/2008 through 9/7/2008.
