Free Yearbook Photo Days at Balsman Photography
Contributed by: Kim Balsman on 7/21/2008

(Longmont, Colorado)-On three days in August and September, Kim Balsman of Balsman Photography in Longmont, CO is offering free yearbook photographs to class of 2009 seniors who might not otherwise appear in their schools' yearbook.

The schools' yearbook photographers are not under contract to photograph the senior class. As a result, many seniors were not photographed for their yearbook and graduating class newspaper features. Large numbers of seniors had 'Not Pictured' appear instead. "It was truly a shame to see so many students missing from the yearbooks," said Kim Balsman.

In an effort to help the students and local schools, Balsman Photography is offering free yearbook photographs to class of 2009 seniors. The free yearbook photo days are Wednesday, August 13 th, Friday, August 29 th, and Wednesday, September 3 rd. Students need only arrive at the Balsman Photography studio at 612 Kimbark St. in Longmont from 11AM-6PM on one of these three days. Although the studio normally operates by appointment only, no appointment is necessary on these days. Students should arrive wearing the clothing they want to have on for their yearbook photo. Balsman Photography will photograph the students and submit the image directly to their school's yearbook staff, all at no charge.

"It's my hope that no one is left out of their yearbook or the newspaper this year," Kim said.
