Grab a blanket and some friends and come to Downtown Boulder for an evening of magic! Consider this a sneak preview of what is yet to come! Boulder Ballet is hoping to make Sunday in the Park an annual tradition - so join us for a wonderful summer evening!
Boulder Ballet presents
"Sunday in the Park"
June 25 at 7:00 PM
At the bandshell in Boulder Central Park,
located at Canyon Blvd. and Broadway
Admission is free
Boulder Ballet presents the second-annual free to the public "thank you" to the city of Boulder, as a season finale. Funded in part by the Boulder Arts Commision, Boulder County Arts Alliance and the Community Foundation of Boulder -"Sunday in the Park" will showcase a variety of ballet styles. Included will be Ana Claire's "Glenn Miller Songs," a tribute to the World War II era; several solo and pas de deux excerpts from classical ballets of the nineteenth century, and the world premiere of "Come Undone," a contemporary ballet piece created specially for Boulder Ballet by nationally renowned choreographer James Wallace.
This is a performance for all ages. Come early with a picnic and enjoy a
beautiful summer evening with the ballet. For further information, go to
www.boulderballet.org.
