NO, OFFICER

An 18-year-old Longmont man was arrested at 10:16 p.m. June 30 on the 600 block of Lashley Street on suspicion of driving while driver's license was under restraint, false reporting and displaying fictitious plates. An officer on patrol tried to pull the man over for his temporary tags on his car, but he kept driving, eventually pulling into the parking lot of an apartment complex. When the officer asked the man for his license and registration, the man said, "no." Upon discovering his identity, the man was taken into custody for a previous warrant. He was booked and released with a summons.

MAN ARRESTED FOR VIOLATING TWO-DAY-OLD RESTRAINING ORDER

A 38-year-old Boulder man was arrested at 1:57 a.m. July 1 on the 1000 block of Buttonrock Drive for violating a protection order. The man's ex-girlfriend called police and told them that she was moving out of the house they had shared when he arrived. The woman had a restraining order against the man from a domestic violence charge the man received two days prior. Upon searching the house, the officers couldn't find the man, but later contacted him hiding in the garage. He was arrested and held at the Boulder County Jail.

HIT AND RUN LEADS TO DUI ARRESTED

An 18-year-old Longmont man was arrested at 11:32 p.m. June 28 at the intersection of Bross Street and Kansas Avenue on suspicion of obstruction of a police officer and underage possession of alcohol. An officer responded to a hit and run accident. After apparently striking a series of cars on Bross Street, the man fled in his car. The officer eventually tracked the man and his car down. There was a lot of damage to the car, and the officer discovered around a dozen beer bottles on the floor of the car. The man blew a .132 BAC on a Breathalyzer test at the police station. He was booked and released on a summons.

MAN MAKES ILLEGAL U-TURN, GETS ARRESTED

A 50-year-old Longmont man was arrested at 12:20 a.m. June 30 at the intersection of 17 th Avenue and Francis Street on suspicion of driving under the influence and careless driving. An officer on patrol witnessed the man make an illegal U-turn, coming close to striking three cars. When the officer stopped the man, he told the officer he drank three beers and didn't have a driver's license, because it was revoked for a prior DUI conviction in WeldCounty. The man was booked and held at the Boulder County Jail.

WOMAN MISSES DOG, HITS FENCE

A 43-year-old Longmont woman was arrested at 9:15 p.m. June 29 on the 0-99 block of Ninth Avenue on suspicion of aggravated driving with a revoked driver's license, driving under the influence and a failure to appear warrant. Officers were called to a hit and run where the man hit a fence and drove off. The woman was contacted at her home, where she told officers she had no driver's license, it being revoked for three prior alcohol offenses. The woman told the officers that she did hit the fence and tried to slow down to miss a dog in the road when she lost control of her car. She later blew a .311 on a Breathalyzer test at the Boulder County Jail.
