Once again, nothing good to report on the foreclosure front in Longmont. There were
10 new foreclosures with Ward 3 (Councilmember
Sean McCoy's ward) leading the way.
As you may have heard, elections are coming up in November. Wards 1 and 3 are not up for re-election, but Ward 2 (
Karen Benkers ward) is. There are also 2 At-Large seats up for grabs as well as the Mayors position (which technically also is an At-Large seat as everyone in the city can vote in that race). Over at
Vote! Longmont, under "Candidates", you can see who's running.
