Contributed by: Lynne Rummel on 12/26/2006

Local Rotary clubs are looking for young professionals ages 25 to 40 to participate in a cultural exchange with the Rotary District in South Africa that includes the city of Port Elizabeth and the Free State of Lesotho.

The dates of travel will be approximately September 4th to October 3rd.

Travel expenses are covered by Rotary, and lodging and food are provided in the homes of host Rotarians. Team members will experience their hosts' way of life, observe their own vocations as practiced abroad, develop personal and professional relationships, and exchange ideas.

Applicants must not be a member of, or related to a member of, any Rotary club. However, the team of four members will be acompanied by a local Rotarian leader.

Applications are due February 2nd, and interviews will be held February 17th.
