Libertarian Candidate Forum

What:	In case you haven't noticed, there have not been many candidate forums for this mid term election, where you can find out about the candidates, rather than focus on the ballot issues. The Libertarian Party of Boulder County has decided to provide a forum to the public so that you can ask the candidates the questions you want answers to. Your vote is important, and you should not cast it until you've heard all of your options. If you are sick of hearing the same old same old from the major parties, take a couple of hours to listen to alternatives. Libertarian candidates remember that tax money is something that you could be using at home for your families and your future; it is to be spent carefully and wisely. Libertarian candidates believe in open government and your right to know how all that money gets spent. And, lastly, Libertarian candidates believe in the wisdom of the Constitution and the freedom of the individual to think and act in his or her own best interest without government intervention. If you've voted major parties all your life and have not been happy with what you got in return, come and listen. You might be very surprised. If you are worried about "wasting your vote" on a third party candidate, think about whether you got what you wanted from the major parties. You might have been wasting your vote all along.
