WOMAN ALLEGEDLY HITS MAN 10 TO 20 TIMES
A 20-year-old Louisville woman was arrested on suspicion of two counts of third-degree assault, domestic violence, underage drinking and an outstanding warrant at approximately 5:58 p.m. Feb. 2 at the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and West Street. Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of South Boulder Road after an intoxicated woman struck a man in the nose, breaking it and attacked another man. After interviewing parties involved, police determined the most probable scenario was that the woman and her boyfriend broke up. The woman was packing her stuff when the boyfriend's roommate told her not to leave until the boyfriend came home to make sure she hadn't taken anything that didn't belong to her. The woman got upset and punched the roommate 10 to 20 times. When the woman's ex got home and told her not to leave until he searched her stuff, she shoved him and punched him in the neck. The woman was later contacted. She told police she was in the army and not afraid to fight. The woman's story was inconsistent. She was issued a summons and taken to Boulder County Jail for an outstanding warrant.

Police were dispatched on a report that shoplifters were in custody after the two women took clothes into a dressing room. One woman put the items on under her clothes while the other one put the items in a purse and walked out of the store without paying. A loss prevention officer contacted the women outside the store and waited with them until police arrived.
