Friday, April 4th from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m., Cassoulet is pleased to invite you to join its Chefs Showcase. Grab some friends and stop by for a great evening out getting to know our Chefs and sampling their culinary specialties!
Chef Julie Ciezadlo
is an accomplished Chef from the Cook Street School of Fine Cooking in Denver, Colorado. Chef Julie's specialty and particular culinary love is that of pastries and desserts.
Chef Bonnie Diamond
specializes in menu and party planning, demonstrating basic and European cooking techniques. Mainly self-taught, Bonnie has attended classes on Northern Italian Cuisine in Santa Margarita, Italy.
Chef Joe Palcsak
brings over four decades of culinary experience including that of an actor playing the role of Master Bates in 1520 AD Dinner Theater. His career also includes a stint at the world famous Refectory Restaurant and an informal apprenticeship under Master Chef Candidate Tom Landusky.
Chef Kristen Reisinger
has over 16 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in culinary education, event management and recipe development. Most recenlty, Kristen was the Managing Chef of Culinary Development and Education for the National Cattlemen's Beef Association.
Judy Williams
is a Certified Tea Specialist who enjoys sharing her passion for tea with others. Judy speaks on the history and art of tea as well.
Chef Cynthia Wollner's
love of cooking and care and concern for taste, health and enjoyment has led her to sharing her culinary knowledge and expertise with you.
