DOOR GLASS SHOT OUT
Deputies investigated a report of vandalism on Sept. 25 about 7:20 p.m. A resident of the 5900 block of South Jellison Street reported a sliding glass door was shattered, apparently by a pellet from a pellet gun. The damage is believed to have occurred between 11:30 a.m. and 7:20 p.m. There was no immediate estimate of damage.
TRUCK VANDALIZED
A resident of the 11600 block of West Lake Avenue reported the break-in of his truck on Sept. 26.The front passenger side door window had been broken with a large rock, according to the report, and a laptop computer had been moved to the rear seat from the front seat. There was no immediate estimate of damage.
ROCK THROWN THROUGH WINDOW
A resident of the 13400 block of West Purdue Drive in Morrison reported vandalism to his car on Sept. 26.Someone threw a large rock through a passenger side window, breaking a pair of sunglasses and damaging the interior of the car. The incident is believed to have occurred between 7:45 p.m. Sept. 25 and 8:20 a.m. Sept. 26. There was no immediate estimate of damage.
WATER BALLOON THROWN AT BICYCLIST
Deputies investigated a report of a water balloon being thrown at a bicyclist on Sept. 27. A 25-year-old man reported he was riding his bike home from work when someone in a Ford Explorer threw a water balloon at him in the vicinity of Belleview Avenue and South Simms Street. Deputies contacted the owner of the vehicle based on a registration plate number, but no arrests were made.
CAR VANDALIZED
A woman reported vandalism to her car about 5:45 p.m. Sept. 26. A report stated the woman's car had broken down on Sept. 24 about 7 p.m. on West Tufts Avenue in unicorporated Jefferson County. She told deputies she informed nearby residents the car would be towed for repairs. When she returned to the car on Sept. 26, she found drivers side front and rear windows shattered and dents, apparently from a BB gun. There was no immediate estimate of damage.
CAR WINDSHIELD BROKEN
A resident of South Brentwood Way in Jefferson County reported vandalism to his car about 1 az.m. Sept. 28. The resident said he heard a thump and his car alarm sounding and discovered someone had thrown a brick into the windshield, breaking it. He saw two males run to a vehicle and flee the area and chased them for a time. There was no immediate estimate of
