1 Cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 Cup milk

Stir together flour and salt. Blend egg and milk; stir into the flour mixture. With a spoon drizzle into boiling broth. Repeat with remaining dough. This is a substitute for noodles in soup.
