Longmont Theatre Company will hold auditions for Brigadoon.

Dance -- Monday, July 13, 2009, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. All auditioners must attend dance auditions unless explicitly told otherwise by the director.

A prepared monologue, either comic or dramatic, no longer than 1.5 minutes, is strongly preferred. If you choose to do a monologue, it must be from a stage play or musical written between 1900 and 1960. No material from other media, including film or television, and no verse.

16 to 32 bars from a Broadway musical written prior to 1965. No material from post-1965 musicals, or from other music genres-the director and musical director will be specifically listening for your ability to handle legit Broadway standards.

Non-Equity only, no pay, no fee.

Bring resume, headshot, and a list of all conflicts for evenings and weekends between July 18 and October 4, 2009.

In addition to casting for actors, the following staff positions are open.

Choreographer - the director is soliciting resumes for this position. The choreographer must be available for the audition session on Monday, July 13, 2009.

Production Stage Manager - the director is soliciting resumes for this position. The production stage manager must be available for the majority of rehearsals, and for all performance dates.
