Niwot Rotary Club unveils new Web site

The Rotary Club of Niwot, which started earlier this year, now has a web site. It is NiwotRotary.org.

It contains informantion on the club and their activities within Niwot and as a part of Rotary International. It has information on the club and links to the RI and district web sites. Prospective members will be able to see the projects and community service efforts in whichthe club and its members are engaged. Current members can check the site for meeting speakers and programs, location changes, and scheduled Club Assembly, Board Meeting, and "Dark" days. Go to thte linked page for meetings to view this information.

The Niwot Rotary's current projects include dictionary distribution this week to 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders at Niwot Elementary School and special ESL dictionaries to six classes at Niwot High School. We will also be working with the student councils of both Niwot High School and Longmont High School to collect crutches, canes, walkers and wheelchairs for the Crutches4Africa project. This collection will occur on October 31, at the two schools' football gameat Niwot. Please bring any of the requested items to the game for drop-off, and beware of any spooky characters that might be out and around that night!

To promote easy community interactions, you will also be able to reach any the club's members at their club email address. If yu are interesteed in service to Niwot and the general tenets of Rotary International we encourage you attend a meeting and learn how the club's actitivitiesa nd project may align with your passions for service.
