Every morning before the Legislators get down to business, everyone in the House Chamber rises for the Pledge of Allegiance. This past Tuesday I was delighted to have three of my young constituents join me in the House Chamber to lead my colleagues in the pledge of allegiance.

Michael Kowalsky, Matthew Kowalsky and Rowan Kowalsky (residents of HD 31) did a fantastic job at the Speaker's podium starting the House off in the pledge.

Their visit to the capitol was complete when Governor Ritter walked by and stopped to greet and shake the hands of my three guests. The kids were thrilled to meet the Governor of Colorado.
