Awhile back you did a real nice article about Heidi's Deli. I frequented it often and now I notice it is closed. Are they going to re-open someplace else in the Thornton area or is it completely closed down?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We talked to Jay Masaschi, senior account executive for franchise sales and development for Heidi's, and he said they're looking to return to Northglenn.

"We're still talking to them about going back there once the redevelopment is done," he said.

For now, the nearest Heidi's is up in the Larkridge Shopping Center at 10663 Washington St. in Thornton.
