Powerball
Contributed by: Leonard Avery on 1/13/2007

Just curious DOT, if someone wins the PowerBall or Lotto, they don't really hand the winner a check for 40 million dollars or what ever and say "Here's your money, So long, have a good day" Nor do they give them cash I am sure.

So how does a winner of the BIG bucks get the money and what does one do with it then? You can't really go to your local Wells Fargo bank and say "I would like to deposit 40 million dollars in my account," can YOU?

Is there some special type of account for the big money accounts? Or some special type of banks? Not that I will ever have to worry about it, but my curiosity has got the best of me.
