Colorado owned furniture business Woodley's plans to open a new store at the Northglenn Marketplace. Woodley's will occupy a small portion of the first floor and the entire second floor of the old Mervyn's store, which was vacated by Mervyn's earlier this year.
Established in 1979, Woodley's takes great pride in every piece of furniture that is built in its Longmont factory. From humble beginning with one small wood shop and an even smaller showroom, the Woodley brand was born. Two brothers, Mike and Pat Woodley, had a vision; to create furniture that would set the industry standard for quality in Colorado, a product that could proudly be passed down from generation to generation. Today that dream has turned into reality, far greater than either brother could have ever imagined. Since 1979 the Woodley family has held true to its founding beliefs; with hard work, a quality product and superior customer service, anything is possible.
"We take great pride in every piece of furniture that is built in our Longmont factory, and hope you take that same pride into your home. We believe so strongly in our product we put our name on it," said Mike and Pat Woodley.
Zell Canprell, Development Manager for Panattoni Development Company, LLC said, "We are proud to bring this Colorado owned retailer to the Marketplace and pleased to have two quality tenants Woodley's and Circuit City at this great shopping center."
Woodley's will share space with Circuit City who recently made the announcement to locate in Northglenn. This will be the first Woodley's/Circuit City combo store in Colorado. Woodley's will occupy 40,000 square feet on the second floor and a small portion (8,000 square feet) on the first floor. Circuit City will occupy 32,000 square feet of space on the ground level.
Woodley's plans to open for business in March and Circuit City will open their doors for business in February 2007.
