Northglenn to offer classes for new businesses

Northglenn, Colorado --- Does the idea of operating your own business sound appealing? Are you unsure of how to get started and what steps to take? Do you need help getting your thoughts down on paper to develop a working business plan? If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, then Business Basics from the Adams County Small Business Initiative is here to help! Whether you are toying with the idea of starting a small business or you have begun to jot down notes for a business you don't want to miss the chance to learn how to develop a business strategy. Come learn the basics of starting a new business and make sure your business foundation is solid.

The City of Northglenn is partnering with Adams County Small Business Initiative and Bellco Credit Union Business Services to sponsor Small Business 101 classes to include the following 3 two-hour intense learning sessions:
- Knowledge to develop your business strategy
- Areas of emphasis: Product, Marketing and Business Plan Development
- Goal setting and implementation
- All of the above for $30.00
Classes are offered February 14, 21, and 28, 2008, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. in the Alpine room at the Northglenn Recreation Center (11801 Community Center Drive.)
