NORTHGLENN, CO, February 11, 2008...Gregory L. Hinkson, a Broker Associate with Hinkson & Company - METRO BROKERS, is now the Broker of Hinkson & Co., taking over the reins from Joanne Hinkson, 33-year former Broker/Owner, who is semi-retired and taking the position of Counseling, Consulting, and Staging of properties, when needed.
Greg, a graduate of Colorado State University and Northglenn High School, has been a Broker Associate with Hinkson & Company - METRO BROKERS, since July of 2003. He brought a wealth of people skills having been a Claims Adjustor for Safeco Insurance working in difficult situations with claimants and attorneys as well as management skills following a stint as a Service Manager for H2O Power Equipment. In addition, he has special knowledge with remodeling and tenant finish, both as an investor and advising clients working to upgrade older homes to fit new norms.
Greg belongs to North Metro Denver Realtors Association, Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors whose members must adhere to a strict Code of Ethics to its clients/customers as well as fellow associates. Hinkson & Company's escrow account is part of CAR's Carhof which donates all interest from escrow account funds to housing for the homeless which joined together has amounted to millions over the years. Other charities - Make A Wish & Special Olympics.
While Greg is very well known and particularly knowledgeable in the north area having lived from birth through graduation in Northglenn, his special love is the area around Curtis Park where he lives and works. His area of expertise is spread throughout the metropolitan area and he knows Denver very well. For more information or real estate guidance, you may contact him at 303-946-1772 or 303-452-5853.
