I am wary of these Grand Northglenn City Plans. They tend to squander money and energy. We can't just WILL these moonshots for success to happen. What has the city done to create the conditions for success. Forget the $1 MILLION Dollar bets on a single industry. Instead make a 1000 (THOUSAND) X $1 THOUSAND Dollar bets on bright entrepreneurs who need cheap rent. Why not WiFi the Neighborhoods so the entrepreneurs can surf from home and work? Why not start a Business Plan Contest, open to everyone in town regardless of AGE or PEDIGREE? With Cash Prizes?
Money is nice. Money gives options. Money can take away worry. Ultimately you are happy whether your life had meaning. Did you influence people ? Did you make a Difference ? Did you pursue the thing that is your best talent ? Gathered together are 200 friends and acquaintances in a room: people who attend your wedding or funeral - you clink a glass.
"I've just quit my job! I'm starting a COMPANY !" Watch the immediate reaction. Some communities, people will burst into APPLAUSE! In others, people just stare at their shoelaces, check their watch, and go home. Thriving communities applaud the BOLD RISK TAKER.
Finding the right place for us and our family demands that we answer honest questions about our likes and dislikes, our skills and work habits, our willingness for adventure, our age and our economics. Consequently, some Americans have begun to doubt their chances of achieving the American Dream. The world's economy entered a period of instability and storm. Sound like a nightmare. In fact, NOW is SPLENDID TIME to rethink our concept of the "American Dream" and embark on a Second Chance to pursue it.
Yours in Health,
Dr. Sean Reif D.C.

Community development owes much of its earlier evolution to rural sociology, adult education, and the extension movement. This process may be the means to cope with the efforts of industrialization and modernization.
