Life in Rotary International should consist of a rational mixture of business with civic activities and good fellowship.

May Rotary dwell all the years that are to come, continue to be an electric touch to civilization's nerve centers, awaken men to a new sense of dignity and importance of business as a redemptive and regenerative influence in the lives of men.

Healthiness and happiness, and not sickness is the natural order of things.

It is a man's job to be a good Rotarian, and he who lives up to the precepts will be a good neighbor, a kind friend, a loving husband, and companionable father, and an asset to the community in which he lives.
