Prolifics have the opportunity and motivation to sustain high levels over a long period. They are most likely to have initiated a successful record during graduate programs and earlier. Prolifics are interested in research and have not been diverted to other activities for any extended period of time. Sustained dedication and a reputation as a scholar and a gentleman.

We are the teachers of teachers, sustaining a lifestyle with the work as an organizing principle. We are people who lead what others will consider a life with equal balance between public and a professional and a private life. We have something to say, and it has developed over time.

Major conclusions weave in and out of the texts. Publishing & Industry & Success, when evaluated over the course of a career, should be viewed as the product of industrial qualities. I feel good review of books and reports and educational materials is important to maintain our mission as a City and its overall qualities of a learning environment, using common themes and data information. Leaders refer to the importance of teaching in our daily actions and incorporated factual information regarding instruction into regular discussions and presentations.

We will establish a newsletter and or a regular series of articles that emphasize effectiveness, promote opportunities, and resources to support workshops and host conferences, teaching excellence. We will establish procedures that recognize discipline (perfect attendance) and develop citizenship initiatives to improve our city. We need a public statement about outstanding achievements can only serve as important indications that excellence IS highly valued and respected.

Departmental reviews can be used to gain far-reaching insights into the overall institutional strength of each department. Showing strong commitments to teaching and serving the public. There is a need for more active leadership in areas that encourage and foster improvements. Leadership is needed. Aggressive stands need to be taken on reform in development activities. City sponsored seminars, workshops, and conferences should be used to address broad ranges of topics related to City and Community infrastructure.

Many communities establish "brown bag lunches" or other grass-root programs to get their citizens THINKING and TALKING about "good community." These communities based programs serve as important, low cost vehicles to stimulate interest, build ownership and address problems.

WARD 1 will assume a leadership posture that facilitates efforts designed to improve a set of joint efforts sponsored by City and Citizens. The Councilman must consider what action might be taken to promote reform plans. The Council must then assess plans to ensure they are consistent with priorities.

It requires bold stands, clear vision, and a sense of NEW DIRECTION. Basic questions must be asked and new responses generated. We must build programs that serve the needs for literacy of our citizens and give specific attention to our City to the use of workshops to introduce concepts and topics of concern.
