Webster Lake Relay For Life seeks cancer survivors
Contributed by: Marge Carlow on 7/19/2008

Have you ever been diagnosed with cancer? Are you or someone you know a cancer survivor? If so, the Webster Lake Relay For Life is inviting you to a free Cancer Survivor Brunch on September 6, 2008. The brunch starts at 10:00 a.m. at E. B. Rains Park in Northglenn and survivors may bring one guest to the brunch. Food, gifts, entertainment and door prizes are part of the event.

Survivors are the most important part of the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life! We want to celebrate and honor those who represent the hope for a future where cancer no longer threatens our family and friends. They are the reason we relay and we want as many as possible at our brunch so please come.

Following brunch, around 11:30 a.m. on September 6, survivors and their families are invited to walk one survivor lap around the lake, even if they are not part of a Relay Team, and to be a part of Opening Ceremonies for the Webster Lake Relay For Life.

To register yourself or a friend for the Survivor Brunch or for more information on Relay For Life at Webster Lake, call Marge Carlow at 303-452-0264.
