At approximately 11:08 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, North Metro Fire Rescue District responded to Cimarron Village at 12205 N Perry Street on a mobile home with thick white smoke coming from all sides.
Seventeen fire fighters worked on the blaze, keeping it from spreading to adjacent structures. However, the trailer was not able to be saved. Fortunately the resident of the structure was not home at the time of the incident and no injuries resulted from the fire.
North Metro fire investigators and Broomfield Police Detectives have determined that the fire was intentionally set. Individuals with any information pertaining to this incident, are being asked to call the Arson Hotline at 1-877-89ARSON or Detective
