E. 112th Ave. to be closed for part of three days

East 112th Avenue between Washington Street and Irma Drive will be closed for patching work from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, through Friday, June 20.

The closure is necessary due to the narrowness of the roadway and lack of adequate shoulders for construction vehicles.

A closure, rather than using flaggers, will prevent traffic backups, especially on Washington Street.
