We have considered the essential elements going into the operations of a planning commissioner. We have learned the technical details of many aspects of the planner's daily work. We have benefited from the experience of long-time commissioners in regard to such matters his organization.
Our knowledge of these things learned from these will be of practical help as we apply what we have learned to our future experience.
We have learned the basic technicalities concerning real property. We have insight. What we now know is a sound basis for additional things that we must learn. We have studied up to assimilate new material. We must continue to learn more of the technical details of real estate.
We will find that our knowledge of real estate, even after we have been a planning commissioner for many years - must be increased week by week and day by day if we are to keep abreast of our profession.
Just as doctors are constantly studying the new developments in the field of health & wellness, just as lawyers must keep up with the most recent acts of the legislatures so must we be alert to the changes inside and outside our city. Changes within will always concern us; so will outside changes as a differing economic and social outlook.
Have we learned and retained what we need to? Review will show us where we stand and what we need to look at again for a better understanding of it.
Dr. Sean Reif D.C. is the chiropractor at Thornton Family Chiropractic for 12 years.

Plato, hearing that some asserted that he was a very bad man, said, “I shall take care so to live that nobody will believe them.”
