Age Integration

Age integration involves a place age restrictions on participation of any activity. One can imagine a more age-integrated approach to education in which students have opportunities to teach and learn from students of different ages.

Educators write about lifelong education. Interaction between young people and nursing home residents have demonstrated that cross-age friendships can improve the emotional and physical well-being of those FRIENDSHIPS reduces AGEISM and promotes an ethic of RESPONSIBILITY. Grassroots have advocated the interests of PENSIONERS.

Age barriers should not limit opportunities for younger and older persons to be productive members of society. Those gain sense of responsibility for one another. Spouses, Fathers, sons, Grandfathers, Grandpas. Many are involved in religious communities, and churches, synagogues, mosques provided potentials for age-integration.

Mentoring older workers helping younger ones to develop skills and confidence. Aging is a UNIVERSAL EXPERIENCE. Individuals may enter life stages, such as parenthood or retirement at different times.

Successful men find some way of confronting and resolving major conflicts between members of the management group and see their resolution as part of PERFORMANCE. Building a focused and well-functioning management team is the way a MAN works through and communicates a shared set of expectations about goals and priorities.
