When you go looking for a job, take a look at an employer's sense of ethics, its culture, of how that organization responds when there is an BREECH OF ETHICS. There are consequences to inappropriate behavior. Unacceptable behavior puts YOU, our families, our employees, our shareholders, our community - AT RISK. Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's ethical. Once you have crossed the line, it is hard to make a U- turn.

Watch what activity is REWARDED. What behavior is recognized? Saying one thing but doing another sends an even LOUDER message. It is important to business and society that we have a culture that rejects unethical behavior and consistently rewards people for doing the right thing.
