Successful towns, like eagles, have forward vision

Eagle communities see opportunities that other communities are unable tosee - or areafraid to take. Eagles know their own weaknesses and capitalize on their strengths. They have strategic plans, both long-term and short-term, in place. Focused on prosperity and growth, we become leaders in the process of achieving maximum potential.

Eagles look forward with vision, which helps them get what they want. They are proud and fearless; they pay no heed to rumors, gossip, or petty concerns of popular opinion. Eagles are not fearful of what others think of them; they focus on what they need and how to achieve it.

Successful towns keep internal struggles to a minimum and don't seriously impair their progress while acknowledging challenges. They plan accordingly to towns strengths and weaknesses by being open to new suggestions and consulting with others, and is not swayed by unfounded criticism and negative popular opinion.
