Dirty play at Mudapalooza 2007

NORTHGLENN - Balls flew, the music rocked and the play was dirty, dirty dirty at Mudapalooza on June 23 at the Northwest Open Space.

With the mud gooey, chalky, soupy and sometimes rocky, it took only a few minutes - and a couple of well-placed dives -to turn an average metro-area citizen into a slop-covered court warrior.

Sponsored by Denver rock station KBPI 106.7, the tournament benefitted the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Oh, Uncle Nasty. Him and I never got along when I worked at The Fillmore and he'd mosey up to the office during shows. I think it was a love-hate relationship. Will never forget the time that he actually made me yell "SHUT THE F- UP" across the room after he commented about my "reserved clothes" and dropped some other inappropriate things.
