Class & Compassion
Contributed by: William McAnelly on 1/20/2006

At the last day training this year when there was no autograph session. Mike Anderson, Tom Nalen, Roc Alexander and Coach Shanahan took the time to sign a nine year old football and each one gave that boy a very compassionate look, especially Mr. Nalen as the security person (who was doing his job) tried to hurry people out he finished signing the ball and than handed the ball back to the boy.

The compassion they showed that boy carries onto the field. Nalen has been anchoring one the best (in my opinion the best) offensives line in football for over ten years. Anderson has shown his compassion for the team more then himself, by going to whatever position or role so that the Bronco’s can win.

The Bronco's can count on there veterans to be a great influence on the younger players. Rod Smith, for one, is known for leading by example which he has done under the radar for over ten years.

The Bronco's chemistry and compassion can get them by an excellent and classy team in the Steelers’s.

Bronco's show your class and play with the compassion that so many of you show and you will succeed.
