Bad Exhaust Systems
Contributed by: DR. SEAN REIF D.C. on 4/18/2008

Odor and moisture producing areas and high heat producing equipment and appliances should be exhausted by special mechanical exhaust systems to the atmosphere. Special exhaust systems should be designed to prevent odors, heat, and/ or moisture from entering the Commercial Shopping Centers and air conditioning system.

Exhaust air quantities should be in adequate amounts no less than required by code. Solutions are complicated by the differences in needs and requirements of the tenants.
