Blog Entry 293 of 298 Average Joe. Not.
I was born, therefore I blog. I have a sense of the ridiculous and need an outlet for that. I can be serious too and love to write little stories about little known but important people and events. And I love wildlife and travel and will always try to share those experiences. I make things up (it's called fiction) and am amused when readers are duped into believing they are true.

A happening in Old Town Parker

Each weekend through this summer the Downtown Development Council (DDC) of Old Town Parker is organizing activities and events as part of the increasingly popular ParkerFest.

Arts, crafts, a Farmers Market, live entertainment, food and refreshments and kids activities are available for visitors who park their cars and take a leisurely stroll along Mainstreet and Pikes Peak Drive.

This is a fun place to be as a photographer. Most people will readily agree to have their photo taken, especially if their children are the subject! The photos here were taken at ParkerFest on Sunday, May 17, 2009.
