Rumor is rife that a new revolutionary book is about to become available to bloggers-at-large.
The tome, titled "A Blogger's Home Companion," is supposedly being written by Joe McDaniel (aka maxblogger) and is said to be an innovative blend of neo-blogger genres never before attempted in one publication.
In the interest of full disclosure, Mr. McDaniel vociferously denies this rumor.
An anonymous source has come forward, on condition of anonymity, and claims to have actually seen a copy of the manuscript for "ABHC." Mr. "X" estimates the book will have approximately 80 pages and will be available in both soft and hard cover editions to satisfy the literary tastes of a diverse demographic of readers.
At great personal risk, Mr. X has been able, or so he says, to obtain a copy of the cover of the new book shown here.
You are reading about this stunning development only at YourHub.com. It has been obscured by the publishing world's complete obsession in recent months with the release of the seventh Harry Potter book.
The alleged author was, evidently, overheard commenting that the new book is intended to be read at one's leisure while relaxing in front of a warm fire. When completed the book can either be passed on to another reader or thrown in the fire - where it will spontaneously combust.
We await further developments. The 80 page soft-cover edition will sell for somewhere between $26.94 and $26.99 and, if ongoing negotiations are successfully concluded, a special hard-cover coffee-table version will be released on the market simultaneously.
It is alleged that the book will be richly illustrated; a clever strategy - obviously following on the previous success of Playboy Magazine - and that it will only be available in English.
It has also just been learned that "A Blogger's Home Companion" may be available in book stores between Labor Day and Christmas. If this is true, what a wonderfully affordable gift idea for the Holidays!
A special pre-release manuscript has been sent to Oprah's 'people' to be considered for her Book of the Month selection. Oprah's people have denied this assertion as has the alleged author.
More will be revealed as this dramatic story unfolds.
