Blog Entry 5 of 48 Entrepreneur Vs. Mommyworld
Who Am I? Well, why have I erased what I started five times already? I guess because I am still searching for who I am. Yes, I am a mother of three wonderful, beautiful, loving, never have gotten in trouble in their lives kind of boys. (At least not within the last few minutes...right, they are at school.) Who else am I? I am also a NEW ENTREPRENEUR. Within the last year, I have started three new business. Yippee! Each business is very different and separate from the other, but they are all interesting in their own right. Let's look at the facts and see where I fit the best. To start this blog, I had to cut myself out from the middle of the three little toe heads. Just this morning, I made an appointment to have my taxes done (payment = a kidney). When dropping the boys off at school, I got cut off by a rude driver and I flipped him off in the school line (personal note, never do that, his child is probably in your child's class), I made a wholesale order for business goods without having to ask for help (o.k. only three calls, but who's counting??), I washed a load of jeans and only one chapstick was found in the dryer this time (who in the world knows how to get out that stain?), successfully found some business receipts and only one had a picture of Yoda on the back, and most importantly remembered to say this morning, "I love my life!" I mean, being who I am is just great....now to go figure out who that is....

Close to famous....

The absolute most amazing thing happened. I posted the blog titled "Waffles" a couple of days ago and mentioned Joel Comm. If you take a peek back, you'll see that Joel Comm contacted me.....me ENTRE-BUSI-OMMY! I asked if he wanted to meet up for a cup of "Joe."

If you are on the Internet at all, you have probably seen something, read something, or learned something from Joel. His book The Adsense Code was on the New York Times Bestseller list.

He is a genius at making money off the internet....and much of that income is PASSIVE INCOME. (My wish is that each one of you reading this knows what passive income is....if not, find out....it could change your life! I mean this seriously)

Joel has taught memany things I would love to pass on, but I only have time to share a couple of my favorites. Here they are:

Into reality t.v.? (I totally am....I know, I know) - check out the episodes of The Next Internet Millionaire....a reality show on the web.....it's the best! Twelve entrepreneurs, challenges, and only one winner! (Older son even got a peek of it one night and wanted to know why someone would spell Coca Cola wrong.)

Interesting tidbits - I get things from Joel on a steady basis....it's the only thing I read consistently. He had a great videoblog that showed a big battery (I'm sorry this will not be at all technical and probably a little wrong, but you'll get the point)once taken apart was made up of many many separate AA batteries. It showed a unique way to save money on AA's!

Decide for yourself....goggle search Joel or go to joelcomm.com....I'm sure there is something for absolutely anyone. (Anyone who owns a computer at least!)

I've been touched by fame.

Does she by chance have a teaching degree? If so, I would have a great contact for her. I will keep my eyes and ears open for other things too. Hope the baby is doing well...

Hello Sara, I just read your blog. My daughter just had a preemie little girl. Any ideas on how she can find work to stay at home?
