Hey guys. I'm Lauren and I'm a 9th grader at Ponderosa. I'm into theatre, piano, dance, and I run Cross Country and Track. I also like photography and I kind of like making movies too. Yep... that's pretty much it!

The Fray concert

On September 30th I got to see one of my favorite bands play at one of my favorite places... it was The Fray at Red Rocks! It was the third time I had seen The Fray. The first time was at Red Rocks when they opened for The Killers and the second time I saw them at the Paramount in Denver.
I went with my mom, my sister, Rachael, her friend, Natalie, and I brought one of my best friends, Ariana (we go to a lot of concerts together). We all met up at Chili's to eat dinner before the concert.
We got to the concert at about seven, and a warm-up band was playing. Me, Ariana, Rachael and Natalie bought t-shirts. Then we sat around for a while and just listened to the warm-up bands. Ariana and I also walked around a little bit and took pictures before The Fray came out. I also saw my friends Josie, Jordan, Elyse and Vicki at the concert!
Even though I had already seen The Fray twice, it was a lot of fun getting to see them again. Especially at Red Rocks. It's a really cool place and it's really pretty. Everyone should see a concert there!

Cool. Glad you had a good time. You've seen The Fray three times now? Wow. I saw a concert a Red Rocks in 2000, I think -- Ringo Starr.
